Terms of service
A working draft. It reflects how the product behaves today. The
commercial figures are deliberately blank rather than guessed.
For companies
- Posting a requirement, browsing profiles, screening calls, recordings and background
verification are not charged.
- On a contract placement the consultant is employed by us and you are invoiced an
all-in hourly rate for hours worked.
- On a full-time placement we invoice a percentage of first-year salary, once,
after the person starts — [ fee percentage ].
- Replacement guarantee: [ period, and whether replacement or refund ].
- Candidate details you receive are confidential to your hiring team, and approaching a
candidate outside this process does not avoid the fee.
For candidates
- We never charge you. Not to enrol, not to be listed, not to be placed.
- Nothing about you reaches a company until you agree to that specific role.
- You can leave at any time.
What we do not promise
The 48-hour window is when screened candidates start arriving, not a guarantee that a role
will be filled. The 90-day placement goal is a target we work to, not a commitment. We do not
guarantee that any candidate will accept an offer.
Before this page goes live it needs: the fee percentage, the replacement
terms, your governing-law clause for each country, and a solicitor's review.
