Who we are

What we collect, and why

• If you enrol as a candidate — your name, email, phone, location, target role, work authorisation status, years of experience and any resume you send. We use it to find you work, and nothing else.
• If you ask us for candidates — your name, work email, phone and company details, so we can respond and open your account.
• Recordings — where you have agreed in writing, the screening call and any technical interview we run.
• Background verification — only once you have signed an authorisation for a specific role, and only through an accredited screening provider.
• Technical — the IP address a form was submitted from, kept to stop automated abuse of our public forms.

Who we share it with

A hiring company sees your profile only after you have said yes to that specific role. Until an interview is agreed, they see a reference rather than your name, and no contact details at all. Recordings are shared under the same rule, cannot be downloaded, and every time one is opened we log who opened it.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.

Your choices

• Decline any individual role without leaving the pool.
• Set yourself to "not looking" and stop being matched.
• Remove yourself entirely — this also declines every pending request.
• Ask us for a copy of what we hold, or ask us to correct or delete it.

How long we keep it

Candidate profiles are kept while you are in the pool and for [ retention period ] after you leave. Verification reports are kept for [ retention period ]. Recordings are kept for [ retention period ].
